How to reach the people behind SetupCheck with questions, bug reports or ideas for new tests.
Write to hello@setupcheck.app. SetupCheck is a small project, so a reply can take a few days. You can write in English or Polish.
What to write about
- A test that does not work or gives a result that looks wrong
- A mistake or an unclear passage in the text of a page
- An idea for a new test or a change to an existing one
- A request about your personal data: access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawing consent (in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you can also change your cookie choice with the Privacy settings link in the footer)
- A complaint about the service
- Anything else about the site
What to include for a bug report
The results of a test stay on your device, so we cannot see what you saw. Please tell us:
- The page address and the name of the test.
- Your browser and its version, your operating system and the device you tested, such as the camera or controller model.
- What you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps, as long as it shows no private information.
Before you write, check the troubleshooting section of the test page, which covers the common problems.
Your message
We use your address and message to reply, as the privacy policy explains. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
